3.CUSTOMERS CAN BE CHECKED IN THEIR ACCOUNT FOR REMAINING VALUE AND ALL RELATED PURCHASING HISTORY.

4.LA FRANCE WILL DONATE 5% OF ALL SELLS TURNOVER BY USING LA FRAGANCIA X HONGKONG CANCER FUND MEMBER CARD.

IMPORTANT : The following LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card Agreement (this "Agreement", these "Terms") describes the terms and conditions that apply to the stored value account of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card. This Agreement is divided into two parts. Part One describes the terms that apply generally to the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card. Part Two contains important legal terms and conditions. This Agreement should be read together with the LA FRAGANCIA Privacy Policy, the LA FRAGANCIA Mobile Application Terms of Use, the LA FRAGANCIA Reward Program Terms of Use, and any other policies which the La France Skin Limited ("La France" or "we" or "us" or "our") may issue from time to time (together, "La France Policies"), provided that if any of the provisions of any applicable La France Policies conflict with these Terms, these Terms will control, solely to the extent such provisions apply to the LA LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card.

YOUR USE OF YOUR LA FRAGANCIA x HONGKONG CANCER FUND MEMBER CARD IS GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS BEFORE USING YOUR LA FRAGANCIA x HONGKONG CANCER FUND MEMBER CARD. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT USE YOUR LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card.

PLEASE ALSO TAKE THE TIME TO REGISTER YOUR LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card BY VISITING OUR WEB SITE ATWWW.LAFRAGANCIA.HKAS THIS WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH EXTRA SECURITY IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN.

WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.

PART ONE: LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card GENERAL TERMS

About Your Account; LA FRAGANCIA Purchases Only

The LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is issued to you by La France Skin Limited (“La France” or “we” or “us”). It allows you to load a monetary value on to your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card for purchases at participating La Fragancia store / one-line store. The LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is to be treated like cash. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed unless you have registered it and reported the loss as described below. The monetary value that you, as a LA FRAGANCIA customer, load onto your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is a pre-payment for the goods and services of participating LA FRAGANCIA stores only. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds loaded on to a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by LA FRAGANCIA. The value associated with the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is not insured or guaranteed by any person or entity.

Your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is valid for use only at participating La Fragancia store in Hong Kong. We reserve the right not to accept any LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card or otherwise limit use of a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

You may purchase a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card by using a credit card or cash by visiting any participating LA FRAGANCIA store / on-line store. You may also purchase a virtual LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card by using a credit card [(VISA or MasterCard)] online at our mobile application, or by other means as we may designate from time to time. Loading Value on Your Card

You can load value onto a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card by using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or cash by visiting participating store. You may also top up an existing LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card by using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) online at our web site atwww.lafragancia.hkor through our mobile application, or by other means as we may designate from time to time. If you choose to top up your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card online or through our mobile application, any personal data which you provide to us in order to do so will be held pursuant to the LA FRAGANCIA Privacy Policy (for details of the La Fragancia Privacy Policy, please refer to the LA FRAGANCIA websitewww.lafragancia.hk) and by proceeding with the topping up and/or auto-reload facility, you will be agreeing to this arrangement.

The value of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is subject to the following load limits: a maximum value of HK$10,000 may be stored on any LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card at any given time, and if you top up your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card online or through our mobile application, the minimum amount that can be loaded is HK$500; if you top up your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card at any participating store, the minimum amount that can be loaded is HK$500 and can increase in denominations of HK$500. La France may change these maximum and minimum amounts at any time by notifying you at the point of sale or on the LA FRAGANCIA web site or on our mobile applications, or through other means from time to time (including, but not limited to, by email), and such change shall not constitute and will not require an amendment to this Agreement.

Fees and Expiry Date

La France does not charge any fees for the issuance, activation, use or reloading of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card unless otherwise stated.

Your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card balance will expire one year after the date of the last transaction. Any remaining balances on LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Cards that have not been used for any transactions within a one-year time period will be forfeited immediately and without further notice. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, any such remaining balance shall be non-refundable.

Receipts and Statements

LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card holders are not sent statements of itemized transactions from a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card account. You can check the balance of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card or review the last ten recent transactions on your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card on our web site atwww.lafragancia.hk, or on our mobile application. When you use your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card at a participating LA FRAGANCIA store, you will receive a receipt if you request one but will not be asked to sign the receipt. The receipt will indicate that the purchase was made using a LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card and will provide the remaining balance of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card. You should keep your receipts and check your online statement to ensure that your account balance is correct.

RedemptionAll reward benefits are valid only within their stipulated periods.

No Refund

In general, there will be no refund of the balance value on your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card but you can use such value for purchases at the participating LA FRAGANCIA store.

Complaint Handling

We reserve the right to correct the balance of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card account if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed

against your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, please message to contact us inwww.lafragancia.hkand we will conduct an investigation and communicate the results and correct any error that we verify as soon as we finish the investigation. If no error was found, we will communicate an explanation. We will have no liability for any billing error unless you provide us notice within sixty (60) days of the date of the transaction in question. You should monitor your transactions and account balances closely.

Optional Registration; Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

To register your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, please visit our web site atwww.lafragancia.hk. You may also register your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card through our mobile application. Please notify us immediately if you change any of your registration information. Personal Information which you provide to us for purposes of registering your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card will be held pursuant to the La France Privacy Policy (for details of the La France Privacy Policy, please checkwww.lafragancia.hk).

If your registered LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, you should contact us onwww.lafragancia.hk. Your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card balance is only protected from the point in time that you notify us that the Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. We will freeze the remaining balance on your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card at the time you notify us and will load that remaining balance on your replacement LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card.

Because your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card stores value for purchases from LA FRAGANCIA, you are responsible for all transactions associated with your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, including unauthorized transactions. However, if your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, the card can be replaced with the balance remaining on it at the time you notify us of the same, but only if you have registered the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card with us.

If you decide to register your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, you shall follow the guidance provided by us from time to time (including, but not limited to, through the LA FRAGANCIA website and/or our mobile application) in designating a password (the "Password") when registering your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card. You may change the Password at any time, but any change shall be effective only if accepted by us. You shall act in good faith, exercise reasonable care and diligence in keeping the Password. At no time and under no circumstances shall you disclose the Password to any other person. You shall be fully responsible for any accidental or unauthorized disclosure of the Password to any other person, and shall bear the risks of the Password being used by unauthorized persons or for unauthorized purposes. Upon notice or suspicion of the Password being disclosed to any unauthorized person or any unauthorized use of your account or your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card being made, you shall notify us immediately and, until our actual receipt of such notification, you shall remain responsible for any and all use of your account and/or your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card by unauthorized persons or for unauthorized purposes.

PART TWO: IMPORTANT LEGAL TERMS

Your obligations

You shall:

• use the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card for the purpose of purchasing goods and services of participating LA FRAGANCIA only;

• take reasonable care to avoid losing, damaging, or destroying your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card;

• indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, La France and their affiliated companies, independent contractors, service providers and consultants and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, directors, representatives, and/or advisers, fully from and against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, lawsuits, fines, penalties, liabilities, and/or expenses (direct and/or indirect, and including legal fees and expenses on a full indemnity basis) arising from or relate to your misuse of the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, violation of these Terms or violation of any rights of a third party. La France reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate in asserting any available defenses. In the event of any third party claim relating to infringements of a third party’s intellectual property right, LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card, La France and their affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

Changes to This Agreement

We may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time for security, legal, regulatory or valid business reasons. We will post the amendments to the terms of this Agreement on our web site atwww.lafragancia.hkand on our mobile application, and otherwise use our reasonable endeavors to notify you of such changes (including, but not limited to, by email if you have registered your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card). Subject to the remainder of this clause, any change, addition or deletion will become effective at the time we post the revised Agreement to our web site, on our mobile application, in our store, or as otherwise stated in our notice to you. Unless we state otherwise, the change, addition or deletion will apply to your future and existing LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card. The amended terms will apply to you if (1) you do not notify us in writing to the contrary within twenty (20) days of the date of our notice (or such other reasonable period of time as specified in our notice to you), or (2) you use your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card at any time on or after such change, addition or deletion are posted and/or notified

to you as described above. If you do not accept the changes, additions or deletions, your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card will be cancelled and any amounts remaining on your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card d will be refunded to you.

Cancellation of This Agreement

We may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time by giving you reasonable prior notice. We need not, however, give you notice where we have serious grounds for considering that immediate termination is required (e.g. if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card). If we terminate this Agreement in circumstances where it is determined you are not in breach of this Agreement, we will refund or issue stored credits equal to the balance held in your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card account less any amounts that you owe us. In the event that this Agreement is terminated, this Part Two shall continue to apply as between us in respect of actions taken whilst this Agreement was in force.

Legal Age

If you are under 18 or considered as underage by law or do not have the ability to make a contract or are unable to bear any legal responsibility, and/or if registering or using your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card would give rise to legal obligation or responsibilities, you must seek the approval of your parent or guardian

Regarding the legal implications of these Terms and the consequences that entail. La Fragancia assumes that you are of legal age or have obtained the approval of your parent or guardian.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

SAVE AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, TRADE USAGE, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY, LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME), COMPENSATION OR INDEMNIFICATION ARE, INSOFAR AS PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED BY LA FRAGANCIA.

In particular, but without limitation, La France does not represent or warrant that:

• your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card will always be accessible or accepted at participating LA FRAGANCIA store;

• the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card and related services will always be available, timely, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted, and you understand and agree that we may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card and related services for reasonable business and/or operational reasons.

In the event that La France is held liable to you under this Agreement, you will be entitled to recover from us your actual damages, up to the last balance held on your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card in question. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, La France will not be liable to you for:

• any loss of income, business, goodwill or profits arising out of this Agreement;

• any unauthorized access to or alteration, theft, damage, or destruction of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card;

• the consequences of any delay or mistake relating to the use of your LA FRAGANCIA x HongKong Cancer Fund Member Card caused by any circumstances beyond our control;

• any loss or damage which was not caused by our breach of this Agreement or breach of our legal duty of care;

• any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of this Agreement or breach of our legal duty of care. Loss or damage is "reasonably foreseeable" if, at the time we entered into this Agreement, such loss was contemplated by you and by us;

• any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages; or

• any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of you failing to take reasonable precautions against such loss or damage.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights and must be read subject to those rights. If you require more information on your statutory rights you should contact a lawyer.

Assignment

We may transfer all or part of this Agreement without such transfer being considered a change to the Agreement, by giving notice to you. The company or other entity to whom we transfer this Agreement will have the same rights and obligations as we did before the transfer and we will ensure that it agrees in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement so that your rights under this Agreement are not detrimentally affected and we will then be released from all liability.

Entire Agreement; Construction

This Agreement will be in the English language. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between you and La France, an authorized licensee of La France in Hong Kong, and supersedes all prior proposals and all other agreements in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be deleted from this Agreement, and the remaining terms will not be affected. Headings are for convenience of reference only and will in no way affect interpretation of this Agreement. Our failure to exercise or to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, and any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.

Third Party Rights

This Agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to this Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Ordinance"), but this provision does not affect a right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from this Ordinance.
